Customisation & Sizing

Finding the right ring size

If you don’t know the ring size you require, it is advisable to visit a reputable jeweller or jewellery shop and ask that they size your finger which they usually do on the spot and free of charge. We use the Australian / UK standard sizing system (A-Z+).

If that option is not available to you, please email us and we will send a ring-sizing gauge to you, this process will extend the production timeline for International clients in which case we recommend visiting a jeweller close to you. Keep in mind that professional sizing is far more accurate than the multi-sizer, so we strongly recommend seeking out a jeweller or jewellery shop to do this for you.

Finding your bracelet size

Our in-stock bracelets are all available online in a standard size (average 65mm diameter) but they can be made to order if you require a different fit.

To measure your bracelet size, take a bracelet that fits, open the clasp and measure it with a standard ruler from end to end. If the bangle is fixed (has no clasp) you simply measure the inside diameter with a measuring tape. Taking a measurement of your wrist diameter is not accurate for fixed bracelets as they still need to pass over your hand.

Feel free to email us with your wrist measurements so we can help you find the right size or provide a quote for a made-to-measure piece.

Finding your necklace size

Necklace length is a personal preference. You may prefer a short piece that sits around your collarbone or a longer piece to hang a pendant from.

Most necklaces come in one standard, universal size however we are happy to make a piece that suits your needs.

Please email us your desired length so we can provide you with a unique quote for the quantity of precious metals and materials used.

Buying a ring as gift?

If you don’t have the recipient’s ring size, there are a couple of options available to you;

Size the finger by using a ring the recipient already has and wears on the intended finger and take it to a reputable local jeweller or jewellery shop to have it accurately sized for you. If the ring falls between two sizes, we recommend that you order the larger size. Alternatively, you may order a ring from our online shop in a standard ring size to present as a gift. In this instance, we can only offer a resize service, which may incur a fee.

Not a standard ring size?

We come in all shapes and sizes so it is fairly common for a wearers ring size to sit outside the standard A-Z spectrum. Please contact us with your ring size and we will let you know if we can make the ring you want in your size - and if so, we will provide you with a unique quote for the quantity of precious metals used.
