All Liv Boyle Jeweller / livboyle.com.au prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars. Buyers in foreign countries need to be aware that due to currency conversion, the amount billed to your credit card or PayPal Account may vary slightly from the total price shown at checkout.

Prices on our website do not include shipping costs, shipping is calculated at the checkout. Prices listed on livboyle.com.au are subject to change without notice.

International Duties & Tax

All products purchased for delivery to foreign countries are subject to the assessment of customs for the payment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer, you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Payment

Payment is required to confirm all orders, no order will be considered accepted until full payment has been received. 

Liv Boyle Jeweller / livboyle.com.au accepts online payments via credit card, Apply Pay, Afterpay, and PAYPAL.

However, we also accept payment via Direct Debit or TransferWise, if this is your preference simply email through your order so we can arrange payment with you, your order will be processed once your payment has cleared. Buyers making international transactions via direct debit will incur international transfer fees determined by the buyers banking provider.

Confirmation & Payment

We will send you an email confirming your order as soon as payment has been received.

Out-of-Stock items

Due to the limited inventory and hand-crafted nature of our products it is possible that an item marked as ‘in-stock’ on our website may have gone out of stock at the time of your order.

If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the option to have the piece made to order within the specified lead times or to choose an alternative item.

If neither of these options is suitable, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Similarly, when an item is marked P.O.A or ‘out of stock’ and you are happy to wait for the artist to make a piece specifically for you, please email us and we will place the order directly.

As with all purchases payment is required before the artist commences work on your order.
