Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver to

We ship to most countries. If we carry the item in stock we will email you once you have placed your order to provide you with a delivery date estimate. Under normal circumstances it generally takes between 5-10 days for Australia-wide orders and 7-14 days for international orders.

International delivery estimates are regularly updated by the Australia Post International Delivery Guide.

Please note: Australia Post services have been impacted by COVID-19, causing delays which may affect standard delivery times.

Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to restrictions, you can check whether your country has been affected by temporary suspensions before placing your order here.

Tracking your item

When you complete your contact information at the time of purchase (shop checkout) this automatically registers you to receive updates on the progress of your delivery with tracking notifications along the way.

SMS tracking updates are available for free with Express post.

You can enter your tracking number straight from the Australia Post homepage - or use the Auspost mobile app - at any time.

With email and SMS notifications, Australia Post will send you a confirmation when your item has been lodged, when it arrives in the destination country and when it's delivered.

If you experience any problems tracking your item please email us so we can assist you.

Transit insurance

All our packages are sent with the ability to Track & Trace its journey through transit, and are fully insured up to their their replacement value while in transit only. Once the item has been signed for on delivery we can no longer apply our insurance or assume any responsibility for your package by way of refund or replacement.

Insurance claims can only be made for the replacement value of the goods not for consequential loss due to damage, delayed delivery or loss. Claims can only be made by the sender. Addressees cannot claim under the sender’s policy.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Signature on delivery

All our items are shipped with Signature on Delivery, this way we both know your item has arrived and is in safe hands.

We cannot assume responsibility for any items that you arrange to be left without signature once we have dispatched your parcel, our insurance on each package ceases the moment the item has been received with the goods undamaged, meaning signed for, or authorised by you to be left without signature once the item is in transit.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Yes we can certainly ship your items to multiple addresses, please keep in mind that each seperate delivery will incur seperate delivery charges to ensure your items are insured during transit. Our checkout system does not allow for multiple addresses so please email us soon as you have placed your order to provide us with details of which item needs to be sent to which address, we will respond with an updated shipping quote and confirm we have received your special instructions.

Shipping to PO boxes

Because of the precious nature of our products, we only use a signature on delivery service and therefore cannot offer delivery to PO Boxes.

Because you will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, please direct your parcel to your work address at checkout in the likelihood that you will not be at home to sign for your parcel during the day.

Who we ship with

All our products are shipped from our workshop in Melbourne, Australia, with Australia Post. For deliveries within Australia we use Express Post, they aim for 5-10 day delivery** from the time of collection within the Express Post network.

We use Express Courier International for priority delivery with tracking and insurance for all items delivered outside of Australia.

Items lost in transit

Whilst it’s unusual for a delivery to be lost in transit it does happen. Please contact us immediately if your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe or, you have tracked your package using the service we provided through Australia Post and have been informed that the item has been lost in transit.

From there we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post to locate the item, if the item cannot be located we will proceed with an insurance claim so that the missing item can be replaced as quickly as possible.

Items damaged in transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. From there we will assess the damage and will either have you return the item to us for repair or we will file an insurance claim for replacement costs.

Damaged product returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the goods in order for us to process any refund or exchange.

In the event that you need to return damaged goods please retain your postal receipt until your parcel has been safely received by us as it may be needed to track the package. Please return in the original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit.

International duties, taxes & fee’s

It is a legal requirement that we comply with Australian export regulations when sending goods overseas, as part of this requirement we must mark all contents as dutiable merchandise and declare the exact value of all items ordered.

We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even when the order has been placed as a gift for someone other than yourself.

Purchases made and delivered within Australia are exempt from Australian duty taxes; however, for deliveries outside of Australia, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the destination country.

Payment of any customs duties, foreign taxes or brokerage fees which may be imposed, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total at checkout. 

Thresholds and charges vary from country to country, if you wish to know what your local thresholds are prior to placing your order please contact your local customs office for more information.  

Time required for delivery

We endeavour to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 business days, this excludes weekends and national/public holidays.

Please note: Shipping times are in addition to Production Timelines.

For parcels delivered within Australia using Express Post, our delivery partner will endeavour to fulfil next day delivery from the date of collection, within the Express Post network. Visit the Australia Post website to check whether your location falls within the express regions. The rest of Australia generally has a delivery time between 2 - 7 business days. Keep in mind that successful next day delivery relies on you being home to sign for your goods at the time of delivery.

New Zealand deliveries via the Express Courier International service usually takes 2-4 business days for major metro areas, regional and rural areas may take longer.

International deliveries are generally delivered within 3 - 7 business days from the time of collection however there may be delays due to the global impacts of COVID19, you can get current International delivery estimates by checking the Australia Post International Delivery Guide.

Delivery rates

All our pieces are sent by courier using Australia Post Express with Signature on Delivery, Tracking and Transit Insurance, shipping is calculated and added to your sale at checkout.

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • $25 AUD - Melbourne Wide*

  • $25 AUD - Australia Wide*

  • $25 AUD - New Zealand*

  • $65 AUD - Rest of the World*

*Please note there are some exceptions to our standard delivery rates;

  • Bulk orders may incur higher delivery fee’s. If this happens, we will contact you via email to advise you of the revised delivery cost.

  • Orders valued at over $5,000 AUD will incur higher insurance rates, we will contact you via email in this case to discuss the options available to you before proceeding with your order.

If you order a number of items and one of the pieces is made-to-order or requires customisation we will ship the in-stock items and email you with arrangements for payment of shipping costs for the remaining items when they are ready.

Same day delivery

We are unable to offer same-day delivery at this stage however we hope to add this service soon. If your order is urgent (a last-minute gift or a perfect piece for that special occasion) please email us before 12 pm and we will endeavour to help as best we can, although we cannot guarantee this service.

Click & Collect

For customers that wish to collect their purchase in person, we are currently unable to offer a collection service, however, we do offer next day delivery Melbourne wide.

Gift wrapping & personal messages

All our pieces come carefully and beautifully packaged in our bespoke boxes.

If you would like us to include a personal note with your gift, and/or remove the purchase price receipt from the package, please inform us of your requirements and include a brief message in the ‘notes’ field during checkout.
